Annual
Iranian Mathematics Conference (AIMC) is a major scientific
event in our country. This conference is a forum where
scholars from variety of disciplines and professional groups
meet to discuss works in progress in their field of
interests.
The 38th IMC will be held at Zanjan University Under the
auspices of Iranian Mathematical Society in Zanjan
(a beautiful and historical
city), during
3-6 September, 2007. This conference is an international
conference and includes invited speakers and presentations
of submitted research papers.
All areas listed on the
cover of Mathematical Reviews, are partitioned in 10 branches
by the scientific committee for grouping presentations as follows:
*
Algebra
(08,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20)
*
Mathematical Analysis
(26,28,30,32,33,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47)
*
Geometry and Topology
(22,51,53,54,55,57,58)
*
Differential Equation
and Dynamical Systems (31,34,35,37)
*
Combinatorics and
Graph Theory (05,06)
* Probability and Statistics
(60,62)
*
Numerical Analysis
(65)
*
Control theory and
Optimization (49,90,93)
*
Computer Sciences and
Logic (03,68,91)
* The
other areas
of Mathematics no listed above
(00,01,11,39,70,74,76,78,80,81,82,83,85,86,92,97)
Organizers
of this Forum invite all mathematicians, researchers, and
Ph.D. students and the other scientists to participate and
contribute in this huge national conference. We hope there is good
opportunity for developing and extending Mathematical
Science over the country during that time.
Lastly, it has to be noted that, besides its mathematical
content, AIMC is a cultural event. So it is worth taking
this opportunity for introducing historical and cultural
features of the region, where the conference is taking
place, through well organized art exhibitions and leisure
excursions.
